Do you direct bill?

Direct billing is available for massage therapy and chiropractic care. We recommend that you check with your health insurance as to any documentation required to allow direct billing. Some insurance companies will require a referral for services.

Do I need a referral?

A referral is not necessary to see our practitioners however you may require one for your personal insurance to reimburse/direct bill.

Question 3

Should I come early for my first visit?

Accepted Answer

We recommend that you show up ten minutes early for your first visit with any of our practitioners. This will allow time for you to fill out paperwork and help to keep our practitioners on schedule.

What happens if I am running late for my appointment?

If you believe you are going to be late for your appointment we would appreciate if you contacted us ASAP so that we can judge from the schedule whether there would be enough time to treat you or if we are better off booking you for another time.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We do have a cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment we request that you contact us ASAP so that we can reschedule you and fill the appointment for others that are in need.

There is a charge for anybody who fails to attend for their appointment, this charge will be added to your file and no further appointments can be booked until this charge has been paid.
